There are showers that simply get you clean—and then there's the Sharkiest shower. We spotted this gem at the Ace Hotel on a recent swim to Seattle. Ace offers rooms ranging from the super-basic with shared bathrooms to deluxe digs with nifty details like water views and murals of everyone's favorite giant by Shepard Fairey ("OBEY").

The Sharkiest shower is tucked away in a basement room, where instead of a headboard you'll find an entire wall of glass. And behind the glass? Delightful torrents of hot water. A first-class view of your room from your shower, and vice versa. At long last, you don't have to worry about gnomes secretly fluffing your pillows while you shampoo.

Traveling with a lover? Well, we won’t push too many suggestions—creativity is part of the fun. Let’s just say that the early riser will have more than a few new ways to say “good morning” to their partner.
